“I’m not sure if this is all that “paranormal” but it is a pretty wierd story!! So about three years ago, I was working a late night shift as a security officer at a box factory here in Indiana. The factory is pretty large—I would guess maybe 125,000 square feet, and it is known throughout the community because it’s pretty much the largest business we have here. Usually I worked with one, maybe two other officers on this shift. Honestly, it is not the most exciting shift or even job for that matter because we never really had any security “disturbances.” Mostly, we could watch TV, read magazines and play cards while we “monitored” and protected the factroy.
ANyways, I was on my shift one night when the other officer I was supposed to be on duty with called in sick at the last minute. The factory foreman figured he didn’t think he needed to hire another guard for the night and asked me if I felt comfortable working the shift myself. I said fine because as I said, usually, nothing EVER happened.
So I was doing my usual rounds—watching the video cameras for any unusual “activity” and once in a while walking the floor to be sure the doors and windows were secure, etc. All of a sudden, out of the corner of my eye I saw this white flash of light on one of the video monitors. I have to watch four monitors at a time, so I can’t always have my eyes everywhere at once. But, I KNEW I saw something./…I just couldn’t say for sure what it was.
Once I saw that wierd white shape on the screen, I started staring just at that one monitor. Nothing happened for a good hour, then, there it was again!! I saw it better this time—it was basically a fuzzy white shape (kind of looked like the size and heighth of a short man or woman) that moved in and out of the picture several times. It didn’t look completely like a person but it wasn’t just “dust” or shadows like we sometimes see on the screens. It wasn’t see-through like how I would imagine a ghost. It was solid but fuzzy if that makes sense.
I was a little freaked out to do this, but I had to go check and see what it was. Since I was working by myself, I brought an extra can of pepper spray and had my weapon in my hand as I went down the corridor where I saw the strange object. I was sure to turn the lights on before stepping into that hall, and as I said, I had my weapon out in case it was some prankster or something. I walked the whole length of that hall and didn’t see a damn thing!! What the hell, I thought.I KNOW there was some weird looking shape on that monitor. Then, as I decided I better get back into the security office, I went to turn the lights off and felt this straaaange “thing” pass through me. It’s really hard to describe. If felt like a wind on top of my head and a “force” going right through my whole body. I looked up where I felt the wind and saw a white misty swirl kind of like what I had seen on the screen. My heart started pounding and I knew I had to get the hell outta there. So I go to turn off the light switch and it sparked and buzzed me like I had put a fork in a socket!!
Needless to say, I was pretty skeezed out when I got back into the office. I ran my butt off to get back in there and sat on pins and needles till myshift was over.I continued to work at the factory for about 5 months after that wierd experience. I never saw that white shape on the monitor again and never had any other crazy experiences…”

This sounds all too familiar. Check out the incident at the Ohio gas station a little while ago. Prepare to be baffled.
